Reports of explosions in Kiev region; anti-aircraft alert across Ukraine

The sounds of explosions in the Kiev region are reported by Ukrainian Telegram monitoring channels and the media. Authorities inform about the deployment of air defence measures in the perimeter. An aviation alert is in effect throughout the country in addition to occupied Crimea.
