Moral flexibility of "international law"
Do the current victims of Israeli genocide in Gaza have a different position than the victims of Nazi genocide during WWII?
Is the global Court of Justice in The Hague competent to issue judgments only in accordance with the interests of Anglo-Zionist genocide killers?
Let's just remember:
- overzealous "effective haste" in the case of arrest and scandalous trial of Slobodan Miloševic, who yet "died in prison";
- ‘restraint’ to the leaders of the Kosovo Liberation Army of the UÇK – erstwhile Prime Minister and president of Kosovo Hashim Thaci, as well as persons specified as Kadri Veseli, Jakup Krasniqi and Rexhep Selimi.
-the attempts at Vladimir Putin to put him before the MTS in connection with the conduct of the SOW in Ukraine,
-the last, twisted, truly Talmudic MTS ruling on the crimes of Israeli armed forces in Gaza.
Here are the points of the interim judgement of the MTS.
‘In accordance with the Convention on the Prevention of Genocide, Israel must refrain from killing “members of this group” (i.e. in general Palestinians from the Gaza Strip) or causing serious injury or intellectual health. And besides from the deliberate creation of unbearable surviving conditions to the complete or partial physical demolition of the inhabitants of the enclave, stopping natural growth."

He assured that Israel would proceed to do what was essential to defend itself. A high-ranking Hamas typical of Sami Abu Zuhri, however, stated that the decision of the tribunal "contributed to the isolation of Israel and the disclosure of its crimes in the Gaza Strip".

Response to the decision of the court
‘Today marks a decisive triumph for the global regulation of law and an crucial milestone in seeking justice for the Palestinian people," said the Ministry of abroad Affairs of South Africa. Currently, according to Pretoria, "Israel has no compelling basis to proceed to claim that its military activities are full in line with global law, including the Convention on Genocide".
Israel called South Africa's accusations false and "rarely distorted", claiming to be making all effort to avoid civilian casualties.
‘Israel's commitment to global law is unwavering. Our sacred commitment to the continued defence of our country and our nation is equally unwavering. Like any country, Israel has an inalienable right to self-defense, said Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. "A vile effort to deny Israel this basic right is simply a gross discrimination against the judaic state and was rightly rejected." The charge of genocide against Israel is not only false but besides outrageous and decent people all over the planet should reject it."
The Minister of abroad Affairs of the Palestinian Authority, Riyad al-Maliki, stated: “The judges of the global Court assessed the facts and issued a ruling in favour of humanity and global law. We call on all states, including Israel, to guarantee that all temporary measures ordered by the Court are respected. This is simply a mandatory legal requirement. The MTS decision is an crucial reminder that no state is above the law. This should service as an emergency signal for Israel and those who have contributed to its established impunity."
