Ukraine has finalized a draft agreement with the United States on uncommon earths and submitted it to the American government for review, Reuters reported on Friday. Meanwhile, the Times reported that the British side is lobbying the Americans to supply any form of air defence to defend the troops in Ukraine who would oversee the future peace agreement.
