Qatar Cheetahs for Ukraine?

German regular Süddeutsche Zeitung reported in mid-May on ongoing negotiations between Germany and Qatar to buy back the Cheetah anti-aircraft kits there. According to Qatari media, they were expected to end and all OPL systems there would go to Ukraine.
