Putin signed decrees preparing the annexation of Kherson and Zaporizhia

By decrees on Thursday night, Putin granted independency to Kherson and Zaporizhia and announced that on Friday he would incorporate 4 Ukrainian occupied regions: Donetsk, Luhansk, Kherson and Zaporizhia into Russia. These decisions are to be approved by the Russian parliament.
