British abroad Secretary David Lammy said that Britain does not see Russia as serious about peace negotiations in the war waged by the Kremlin against Ukraine. In his opinion, the conditions set by Vladimir Putin are not serious. Therefore, Western countries should proceed to focus on helping Ukraine.
