Russian leader Vladimir Putin said in a tv program broadcast Sunday that Russia has adequate forces and resources to bring the war with Ukraine to its "logical conclusion with the essential result" without having to usage atomic weapons, accusing the West of an age-old desire to subjugate Russia.
