Putin announces partial mobilization in Russia and threatens atomic weapons

Russian president Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization. At the same time, he assured that Russia would do "all" to guarantee the safe conduct of "references" in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporosian circuits in occupied Ukraine.
