Putin Announces Partial Mobilization in Russia and Threatens Atomic Weapons

Russian president Vladimir Putin announced a partial mobilization. At the same time, he assured that Russia would do “everything” to guarantee the safe conduct of “referendums” in Luhansk, Donetsk, Kherson and Zaporizhia oblasts in occupied Ukraine.
