Psychosis and neurosis will not be released from service in the Russian army

The Russian Ministry of Defence is preparing changes to the government on military qualifications for service in the Russian Army. As part of the changes, the approach to exclusion from service for wellness reasons is to be liberalised - reports the Russian portal Medusa.
