The Vice-President of the Association “Yes for the CPK” published a list of what “further” projects covered by backing from the National Recovery Plan, i.e. a multi-annual and multi-billion-dollar debt drawn on behalf of taxpayers by the European Union. The pretext for the fresh debt was the covid crisis caused by bureaucrats. Brussels long held off the payment of money during the regulation of the United Right, so the privilege of wasting immense sums fell to Donald Tusk and his surroundings.

"Would you like to receive a grant from the KPO just for... investing in yourself? I think yesterday with this Horeca was actually just the beginning..." – Michał Czarnik wrote on his twitter profile. He included a list of alleged projects that received generous backing under the 1st KPO Culture tour.

“My theatre I see immense on the VR stage. The acquisition of digital competences for the improvement of professional actor and theatre director" – this task was valued by the operators of the National Reconstruction Plan for a modest PLN 30 000;

– "Modern acting between ecology and technology" – PLN 20 thousand;

– "Initiation of vocational training for coordination, consultation and choreography of intimate scenes in theatre and film, and sharing acquired expertise with Polish actors and creators" – PLN 30 000;

– "Development of acting, vocal and pedagogical skills in singing learning to find the best and safest ways to teach singing online” – PLN 15,000;

– “Cycle of courses developing creative ceramic and digital skills” – PLN 30 000;

– Investment in professional and individual improvement to prepare for survey abroad – PLN 15,000;

– “Deep Somatic Consciousness in Dance. Feldenkrais method and modern dance techniques” – PLN 30 000;

– Grey Crows / upcycling / circular fashion / distribution of excess – 30 000 PLN

– "Development of dance, self-promotion, language and digital skills to grow artistic competences and popularization Gaga dance in Poland” – PLN 30 000.

Some of the items appreciated by multi-thousands amounts look like they were taken out of a cabaret sketch. However, the EU debt to the KPO that Europeans have been charged is, of course, completely serious.
