We will lose another PLN 11 billion from the National Reconstruction Plan

At the end of September of the erstwhile year, the Tusk Government decided to return any of the funds from the KPO to Brussels, in peculiar its debt condition of EUR 5.1 billion (more than PLN 21 billion) due to the deficiency of the anticipation to usage them.
