Karol Nawrocki's triumph in the presidential elections is not only a defeat for the policy of Donald Tusk's government, of which the fresh Left is an crucial element, but above all a triumph for right-wing pragmatism, which has consistently built an efficiently functioning agenda over the years, expressed through historical policy, with the Institute of National Remembrance at the forefront.
