The Przemyski Battalion OT trains students

On 20 October 2025, soldiers of the 201st Border defender Battalion from the 20th Przemysl Territorial Defence Brigade of Gen. Gen. Stefan Rowecki, ps. ‘Grot’, conducted training from defensive adoption for students from the Electronic and General Education Schools Team.

On 20 October in the Electronics and General Education in Przemyśl, a training took place in cooperation with non-governmental organizations in the field of pre-medical assistance with elements of field medicine and field studies, organized by soldiers 201 of the Przemysl's Border defender Battalion.

34 students took part in the classes, who under the supervision of experienced trainers 20 PBOT improved their skills in providing aid under stress and life-threatening conditions.

The training program included, among others, the assessment of the situation and condition of the victim, the blocking of bleeding utilizing compression bands (stasis), the basis of tactical medicine (TCCC).

In the second part of the training, students took part in exercises from field studies on topographic maps, during which they met:

rules for reading and interpreting maps,
map orientation in the field,
determination of azimuts and direction of the march,
work with the busola and compass,
planning short patrol routes.

The classes were applicable - students could practice rescue procedures themselves, cooperate in pairs and teams and learn about equipment utilized by soldiers of the Territorial Defence Army.

School cooperation with the 20th Industrial Territorial Defence Brigade is an crucial part of the program of training uniform classes and strengthening pro-defence and patriotic attitudes among young people.
