Proving Ground Europe: Polish Government Creates defence Fund

As part of the National Reconstruction Plan, a safety and defence fund of PLN 30 billion will be created. The European Investment Bank announces EUR 2 billion for investments in this area. The head of the EC wants to mobilize EUR 800 billion for defense.
