MP Matecki has waived his immunity. The committee had previously recommended removing it

MP Dariusz Matecki (PiS) informed the Sejm on Wednesday that he is waiving his parliamentary immunity. He besides stressed that he is innocent. Earlier, the regulations committee on parliamentary and immunity affairs recommended lifting the MP's immunity in connection with the investigation into the Justice Fund.
