Mr Dariusz Matecki (PiS) reported on Wednesday in the Sejm that he waived parliamentary immunity. He besides stressed that he was innocent. Previously, the Rules of Procedure Committee on parliamentary and immunity issues recommended that the MP be abrogated in connection with the investigation of the Justice Fund.
