The National Prosecutor's Office responds to the Manowska decision

The National Prosecutor's Office considered the decision of the members of the Court of State to be "unwarranted". As the spokesperson for Przemysław Nowak stated, "he will consistently proceed the process to get the approval of the competent authorities (the Court of State and the ultimate Court) to waive the immunity of Margaret Manowska".
