The motion of the opposition to the Constitutional Court is aimed at "locking the anticipation of casting judges" and "totally paralyzing the process which is to reconstruct the actual constitutional control of the law" - the erstwhile presidents and vice presidents of the Constitutional Tribunal assessed in a statement.
