The Public Prosecutor's Office wants to waive the immunity of a PiS MP

The territory Prosecutor's Office in Przemyśl wants to put the PiS MP Tadeusz Chrzan, erstwhile politician of Jarosław, allegations of construction without approval of the shooting scope in Maleniska and incorrect settlement of grants from the Ministry of National Defence. On Friday, she made a request to the talker of the Sejm to waive his immunity.
