On Monday, the ultimate Court announced in an authoritative announcement that 2 prosecutors from the National Prosecutor's Office had attempted to enter the secretariat of the Extraordinary Control Chamber and demanded the release of a file on electoral protests. However, their request was rejected.


The ultimate Court stated on Monday, June 30, that "two PK prosecutors submitted PG's position in the procedure to establish the validity of the election of the president of Poland (NSW 9779/25)".

"The prosecutors besides requested admission to the IKNiSP secretariat and issue to them an electoral protest file explaining their demands with instructions they received from superiors. They were instructed about the procedure in which they can access the file, provided that this cannot apply to the file which is at the disposal of the ruling warehouses," the ultimate Court stated in a message for the media.

"Prosecutions after telephone consultation requested access to 214 cases initiated by electoral protests. They are presently completing the applicable proposals – 1 application for each case. specified a request will later be attached to the case file," we read.

On Monday, the ultimate Court will besides issue resolutions on about 130 fresh electoral protests.
