The study "Effect of the award: visibility of a cure for disappearing", prepared for the L’Oréal-UNESCO programme for Women and Science, shows that 1 of the problems of Polish scientists are strategy mechanisms limiting their presence and promotion in science. The co-author of the report, Dr. Magdalena Żadkowska, Prof. UG, says whether this can be changed.
