Prime Minister: they are always ready to poison the joy of Polish victories

Prime Minister Donald Tusk estimated that PiS politicians were angry that Poland "has won the most money from all EU countries in Brussels" and that they are "always ready to poison the joy of Polish victories". The PiS representatives believe that the proposal of the next EU budget is not beneficial for Poland.
