PiS president Jarosław Kaczyński estimated that the actions of the government and the resolution on the program Polish Armed Forces are contrary to the constitution. The politician besides stated that he did not think that "some bank could be fooled by this kind of abuse", and that in the future "some decent Polish government" could not recognise specified commitments at all.
