If there is no German agreement on the Leopards, we will build a “smaller coalition” of states willing to hand over any of their modern tanks to a warring Ukraine. We are not going to watch passively as Ukraine bleeds out. Ukraine and Europe will win this war — with or without Germany,” Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki told PAP.
