Presidential elections 2025. They will decide on their validity

The legislature approved without amendments the alleged incidental act, which changes the rules for ruling on the validity of the presidential elections in 2025. According to the fresh regulations, the decision in this substance will be made by the 15 most elder judges of the ultimate Court, and not - as before - the ultimate Court's Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs. The act will now go to the president for signature.
