President Andrzej Duda vetoed the alleged emergency bill, according to which the validity of the election of the president in 2025 is to be ruled by 15 judges with the oldest seniority in the ultimate Court, not the Chamber of Extraordinary Control and Public Affairs of the SN - informed the head of KPRP Małgorzata Paprock. That means the bill will return to the Sejm. The President's proposal may be rejected by a majority of 3/5 votes in the presence of at least half of the statutory number of Members.
