President on defence spending: "I submitted an application"

- I have submitted a request to the NATO Secretary General to rise the issue of immediate increase in the Alliance's defence spending to 3 percent of GDP at the upcoming summit in The Hague - said president Andrzej Duda during a joint press conference with NATO Secretary General Mark Rutte in Brussels.
