A suit after 10 years. The elected TK justice demands money

Prof. Krzysztof Ślebzak, elected to the Constitutional Court in 2015, received a suit before the territory Court in Warsaw, against the Constitutional Tribunal for payment of a retired judge's salary, informed the Ombudsman who joined the case on Tuesday.
