"The prosecution wants to impose charges on Michał Dworczyk, erstwhile head of the Prime Minister's office, on "action to the detriment of the public interest, i.e. the act of Art. 231 §1 kk, as well as the offence of obstructing the criminal proceedings of the territory Prosecutor's Office in Warsaw (...) in an investigation concerning the breach of safety and obtaining unauthorised access to the content of private e-mail, and then publishing these contents".
