Polish Radio makes an appeal against the judgement of the Open dialog Foundation

Polish Radio lost the trial to the Open dialog Foundation (FOD) for a series of defaming materials during the years of the regulation of the United Right. The court ordered the sender to apologize and pay PLN 200 1000 in damages. Polish Radio filed an appeal.
