Prime Minister Donald Tusk will take part in the European Union-African Union summit in Angola. The event will be attended by a peculiar gathering of EU Heads of Government and States. The Prime Minister intends to present the Polish position on the peace plan for Ukraine. However, Donald Tusk is not present during key peace talks in Geneva.
