Due to the Russian attack on facilities located in the territory of Ukraine, the operation of aviation in our airspace began - the Operations Command of Types of Armed Forces reported in the morning.
"In accordance with applicable procedures Operational Commander RSZ He launched all available forces and resources at his disposal, the on-call hunting pairs were picked up, and the ground-based air defence and radio-location systems reached a state of highest readiness" - we read in the Command Communication.
As underlined, the measures taken are aimed at ensuring safety in areas bordering the affected areas.
Massive attack on Ukraine
At night from Friday to Saturday in the territory almost all Ukraine was declared an air alarm due to the threat of massive attacks of Russian rockets and drones - reported "Ukrainian Truth". The air alarm was besides announced in the western regions.

At least 1 individual was killed and 3 were injured as a consequence of an air attack on Odessa - reported Odeh Kiper, head of military authorities.
