Poland is targeting the European Commission. EU launches proceedings

The European Commission has initiated proceedings against Poland in connection with the failure to implement the directive on the exchange of information between law enforcement authorities. These provisions were intended to facilitate police cooperation throughout the European Union, but Poland, together with 17 another associate States, did not introduce them in time.
