Poland builds "new safety architecture" for billions

"This is part of the construction of a fresh safety architecture" - said the national defence minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz after the Ministry of Defence signed 3 successive agreements strengthening Polish defence. The package of agreements amounts to about PLN 2.6 billion.
