Polish judges again on the world's top. FIFA announced a list of arbitrators at the municipal 2026 in the U.S., Mexico and Canada – Simon Marciniak was on it, with Tomasz Kwiatkowski (VAR) and assistants Tomasz Listkiewicz and Adam Kupsik.
Marciniak went to the elite group of 52 main judges. This is his 3rd Mundial – he had previously worked in Russia (2018) and Qatar (2022). His direct achievements include judging 5 planet Cup matches and years of experience at the highest level – from the Champions League to the most crucial representation meetings. Not without reason he is considered the best Polish arbitrator in history, and according to IFFHS besides 1 of the best in the world.
Kwiatkowski will be liable for VAR again as during the Qatar championship. Listkiewicz is on his way to the 3rd unit, while Kupsik is inactive debuting, although he already has experience at major tournaments.
The planet Football Championships start on June 11 and last until July 19.
