POLREGIO troubles. Will the company gotta return 770 million PLN to the State Treasury?

If the amendment to the public transport law is not consulted with the European Commission, there is simply a hazard that POLREGIO will gotta return over 770 million PLN to the State Treasury. De facto, this would mean the company's bankruptcy. The Ministry of Infrastructure reassures.
