PiS politicians: TSUE "forbade to invoke constitution". That's not true

EU judges put themselves above the Polish constitutional system, the Court of Justice "prohibited Poland from referring to its constitution" - that's how Law and Justice politicians present the judgement of the Constitutional Court concerning the Constitutional Court. They sound like an effort to take Poland's sovereignty. Constitutionalists explain: that's not true.
