American prof. Zbigniew Lewicki – commenting on Donald Trump's Tuesday message in front of the combined chambers of legislature – told PAP that the speech the president of the United States gave was very good, rich and well arranged. In the opinion of the Polish expert Democrats were "completely deprived of arguments".
