Poland is proposing to the Americans to build a permanent base. Will there be another peculiar act?

Poland has sent a letter of intent to the U.S. administration regarding the permanent U.S. military presence in Poland. We propose to build a base in it. The estimated cost is about PLN 10 billion. As "Rzeczpospolita" has established, the government is besides talking about a peculiar act, thanks to which the essential infrastructure could be built quickly.
