The Ombudsman for Children's Rights, Monika Horna-Cieślak, demands that the owner of the Pod Dębem ice cream parlour in Pszczyna end its 25-year-old tradition. For many years, the restaurant has been distributing free ice cream to children who received a certificate with a red stripe at the end of the school year.
