Half a liter of water for free. fresh proposal in the Sejm

Restaurant customers will gain the right to order half a litre of water from the tap for free - an amendment to the draft changes in the bill on collective water supply. The aim of the changes is to support ecology and to guarantee universal access to drinking water.
