PKW responds to finance minister. "What is clear is not subject to interpretation"

The president of the National Electoral Commission, justice Sylwester Marciniak, wrote back to the Minister of Finance, Andrzej Domański. He asked him to indicate the legal basis for his motion to interpret the resolution. He noted that the maxim applies in this case: What is clear is not subject to interpretation. Donald Tusk, in turn, stated that if something contains a legal doubt, it cannot be the basis for paying out money.
