The ultimate Court present decided the validity of the presidential election. On the basis of the study presented by the State Election Commission and following the examination of any of the electoral protests, a resolution was adopted establishing that Karol Nawrocki defeated counter-candidate Rafał Trzaskowski. The events were commented on by talker Simon Holovnia, who is to take the oath.
