The PiS responds to an effort to attack the KRS and applies to the TK

Members of the Law and Justice have announced that the Constitutional Court should be asked to examine the constitutionality of the existing KRS Act. They question the solutions which, in their opinion, may bring the function of the Sejm in the selection of the judicial part of the KRS to the function of "notary" approving decisions of the judicial community.
