PiS wants to block the selection of fresh TK judges. Checkmate on the Court?

The PiS Members appealed to the Constitutional Court the provisions concerning the procedure for the selection of judges by the Sejm. "Until the case is resolved, the president should not take a vow from fresh judges," says PiS MP Marcin Warchol.
