First specified sentence: Czech sentenced for looting during the war in Ukraine

Philip Siman was found guilty of committing a robbery crime in an area under military action. Prosecutor Martin Bílý pointed out that according to his knowledge, the Siman case is the first case of conviction for this crime in connection with the war in Ukraine. The conviction is not yet final, and the suspect himself sought to justify, stating among another things that he acted in accordance with the orders of his command.
