The breakthrough in the operation of the Clean Transport region (SCT) in Warsaw. After more than a year of legislation, a first historical mandate was issued. Services have successfully utilized monitoring to punish a driver violating the rule of occasional entry. At the same time, the city has been preparing to tighten issue standards since 2026.
