Ukraine will shortly receive Patriot Air defence Systems. "The preparations are ongoing, we work very closely with Germany on the transfer of Patriots. (...) I received guidelines to act as rapidly as possible" - said NATO Commander-in-Chief of Allied Forces in Europe Alexus Grynkewich on Thursday.
