The U.S. is finalizing plans to send the anti-aircraft and rocket defence strategy Patriot to Ukraine. The Pentagon is inactive waiting for the acceptance of defence minister Lloyd Austin before the task is signed by president Joe Biden - CNN says on Tuesday. According to television, the decision can be announced later this week.
