Apparently I am old adequate due to the fact that I remember the impression that the movie "The Name of the Rose" based on the fresh by Italian post-Markist philosopher Umberto Eco made years ago.
PIt's time to sober up. Well, the actual schwartzcharacter inquisitor Bernardo Gui both in the fresh and the films based on it appears to be any medieval NKWD investigator. He's not curious in the truth. He's only curious in getting innocent people convicted. It is as if taken alive from the 16th – 17th-century stories of the English about the Papates.
But reality is different. This is according to American historian James B. Given for the 931 judgments that B. Gui issued erstwhile he was inquisitor of Toulouse only 41 were death sentences. At that time, it could be called mild.
During his full Inquisition career, he issued about 1% of death sentences. And even though he was 1 of the main church inquisitors to fight Qatari heresy.
TIt was different from the full Inquisition from the secular judiciary.
There the number of death sentences oscillated about 75-80%. Only 2-2.5% of the defendants were acquitted. The others were sentenced to mutylation penalties—burning the mark, cutting off the hands, burning out the eyes, cutting off the breasts or castration.
German specificity (also Polish, unfortunately) was cutting vulva and nailing it over the door of a female thus punished.
However, church punishments consisted in wearing a penance robe (on Sunday during Mass), a pilgrimage, or the refusal of the psalm (so Galileo was punished).
The difference was that secular power sought to destruct the individual and intimidate the society, ecclesiastical power (Inquisition) wanted to save the individual soul of the sinner.
Ewhich, on the another hand, omitted this basic aspect entirely.
He didn't just miss it. Although he knew what it was truly like due to his education, he decided to vent the leftist legend.
He was. Deep Believer An atheist nihilist.
This fresh ends with a meaningful sentence.
The old rose remained only by name, the names themselves remained only for us.
So we live among concepts that are not truly filled with content.
We might as well call it duck... For everything is contractual to the point that looking deep we do not find content.
In the late 1980s (in Poland – 1993) "Wahadle Foucaulta", a fresh with a volume comparable to... Trilogy Sienkiewicz is truly about 1 thing. By showing people to wander throughout the centuries, searching for conspiracy theories, the alleged take over of the planet by the Templar and their descendants is truly about...
God himself is the title of the "haide" – connected in 1 with evil, voidness and absolute darkness.
I Finally, the apogee of contempt of conventional values - "The Cemetery in Prague" (2010).
Prof. Roberto de Mattei, historian:
One of his fresh novels, "The Cemetery in Prague" (2010), is an indirect apology of moral cynicism, which necessarily accompanies the absence of what is real and good. On more than 500 pages of the book, you can't find a single perfect of passion, no character guided by love or idealism. ‘Hate is truly an first passion, an anomaly is love“” says Umberto Eco Raczkowski, 1 of the protagonists. Anyway, with all the repulsive characters and criminal acts that this book is filled with, it lacks a tragic note, making it a large literary work. It has a sarcastic tone, as in the case of comedy, the author of which mocks everything and everyone.
While noticing that 1 thing he believes in is the fillets de barbue sauce hollandaise eaten in Lapérouse, cancers from Bordeaux, mousse from poultry liver in Café Anglais on Gramont street, poultry fillets stuffed with truffles at Rocher du Cancale restaurant. The only thing that triumphs on the pages of this fresh is food, constantly celebrated by a protagonist who confesses that “eating has always provided me with more satisfaction than sex. possibly it is simply a mark left to me by the priests.” possibly it is not a coincidence that Eco was transported to the infirmary in 1992 due to the tremendous indigestion.
Given that he mocked everyone – his own readers, critics, and above all Catholics inviting him as an oracle for their own conferences Eco was, technically speaking, a large cougar.

Therefore, it is not amazing to attack patriotism.
According to a postmarksist nihilist:
Someone said patriotism is the last refuge of the villains, people with no morals wrap themselves in banners, and bastards invoke the purity of the race.
The national identity is simply a sense of identity based on hatred, on hatred towards those who are different.
Love is an anomaly, patriotism is the refuge of the villains, while national identity is based and hatred of others.
What else is food... for Eco as a origin of satisfaction even more than sex.
Perhaps due to the fact that the cheese will stay cheese, the beef guts will be beef guts and the cinaders will be cinaders.
Not to mention the specials Eco himself ate. ;)
Only food is real.
Though it's hard to hide the surprise. Eco has, of course, missed the "luck" of surviving in our part of Europe, due to the fact that it would gotta remember "chocolate-like products" from the end of the Polish People's Republic.
But besides due to the age (born 1932) should remember any erasate of the years of war and the postwar period.
So even that's not precisely true.
The negation of basic values seems to be the consequence of his deepest phobia. Eco, an active Catholic activist became... liberal in his youth. ;)
And all of a sudden, he saw a Europe-wide fascism.
In an essay written in 1995 Eternal Fascism concluded the thesis justifying even the worst panic utilized in the name of the alleged fighting democracy:
Prafascism is inactive around us, sometimes dressed in civilian robes. How comforting it would be for us if individual went out on the phase of the planet and said, “I want to open Auschwitz again, I want black shirts to parade in parades on the markets of Italian cities again!” Unfortunately, life isn't that simple. Prafascism may return in the most innocent disguise. It is our work to exposure him and point fingers at all fresh characters - all day, in all part of the world. erstwhile again, I give the level to Roosevelt: "I dare say that if American democracy ceases to make as a surviving force, trying without rest, with peaceful means, to improve the lives of our citizens, the power of Fascism will increase in our country" (4 November 1938). Freedom and liberation are a task that never ends. Our motto is, "Do not forget."
In the name of defending democracy, even the top panic can be introduced.
Because as shortly as people are allowed to think independently and democratic elections will vote for the Law and Justice, which means that the mountain after a decade will open Auschwitz.
And the celebrated Nazi marches with torches replaced the March of independency with the cracs.
No more fascism in the mouth of people like that Eco or current rulers of Europe means simply having to give them power forever.
And if individual shyly burps that Stalin had his GULAG, all he'll hear is that Uncle Joe was actually a fascist too.
That's why they gotta rule.
However, it is more and more evident that those professedly anointed to exercise authority in the name of universal antifascism are indeed the villains.
And not just us.
The waves made at the very summit of the European Commission show only how profound the moral decline of people raised on the ideas of people like Umberto Eco. It's hard to be surprised. After all, love is an anomaly, hatred is an first passion. And the most crucial thing is to be able to eat.
This is the shortest way to find the actual view of the left.
Let us not be deceived...
