And he entered with Brystygierska Col. NKWD (Blood Luna), Berman, Chajn, Grosz, Kasman and others into a separate cell, straight subordinate to Moscow.
According to best-known KPZU activist John Alfred regulation (Mitzenmacher), he was arrested with a group of another KPZU activists in the fall of 1930. As the regulation says: “The defendants were blowing off another organization companions (...). This led to communists in charge... It turned out that these heroes were full cowards" (J.A. Rule, "History of the Communist organization of Poland", Warsaw 1934, p. 243). Michnik in an interview with Daniel Cohn - Bendit stated: “My father was a very well-known Communist organization activist before the war, he spent 8 years in prison. After the war, he played no role. He did not play due to the fact that he did not want to play it” (quoted: L. Żebrowski, Pashquil “Election”, Warsaw 1995, p. 35). According to Żebrowski (op. cit., p. 35): “However, it is more likely that due to the events he was not entrusted with advanced organization functions.” From Michnik's confessions in “Polish Politics” we besides learn that his father received “an highly strong injection of anti-regime thinking” from his father in the first talks. It was indeed a “strong” injection, if it did not prevent Michnik from already in his youth in his action for years in the communist “red scouting” of the Walthers, and inactive during his trial in 1969 in large assurances that he was a Communist!

Poksiński, "We Judges, Not From God...", Warsaw 1996, p. 276). He has issued severe sentences in these trials, including respective death sentences.
On 10 January 1952, Major Zephyrin Machalla was executed at 37 years of age sentenced to death (he was rehabilitated posthumously on 4 May 1956). Stefan Michnik besides issued death sentences on the erstwhile Polish military attaché in London, Colonel M. Chojecki and Major J. Lewandowski. Those were luckier, no convictions were made. In the case of Colonel Chojecki, it was decided that Deputy Minister of MBP Romkowski wanted to usage Chojecki as a witness in another trial. As a result, Chojecki lived to see 1956, and on 28 March 1956 his case was dropped due to a full deficiency of evidence of guilt. On 8 December 1954, he died, little than a period after being given a break in prison, sentenced by Michnik to 13 years in prison by Colonel Stanislaw Wecki, erstwhile lecturer of the Academy of General Staff, for 2 years in prison tortured, posthumously acquitted (cf. J. Poksiński, TUN, Warsaw 1992). The dense prison passages accelerated the death of another sentenced by Michnik (for 12 years in prison) Colonel Romuald Sidorski, erstwhile chief editor of “The Quartermaster Review”. In March 1955, due to his very mediocre health, he was given a break in his sentence; he died soon. He was posthumously rehabilitated on 25 April 1956.
The death sentences in loud cases of advanced officers from General Tatar's group were not the only death sentences that Stefan Michnik ruled. Only those another sentences – in the case of officers of the underground independence, are much little known.
Like the death conviction signed by Stefan Michnik on Major Karol Sęk, which I had the chance to watch in November 1994 at the UMCS exhibition in Lublin, participating in the panel on “Soldiers cursed” (i.e. soldiers of Polish independency underground after 1944). (p. J.R. Nowak).
Major Karol Sęk, an artilleryman from Radom, a pre-war officer, then an officer of the National Armed Forces, was executed from the conviction of military justice Stefan Michnik in 1952.
Stefan Michnik “understanded little, but signed death sentences and watched over their execution.” And these were sentences that reconcile the best Polish patriots. 4) had crusades against folk movements, e.g. Albigens in France, Hussites in the Czech Republic, etc.;
5. combating progressive discipline as it undermined the prevailing strategy (e.g. condemnation of Copernicus, Galileo, etc.);
6. by the slogan “blessed small ones with spirit perpetuated the darkness and backwardness of the folk masses;
7) proclaiming that those who endure in this planet will be saved after death, disarming the revolutionary conflict of the folk masses," etc.
Adam Michnik claimed his parent was from from “a completely Polishized judaic family”, wrote about her “total recognition with Polishness” (“Between you...”, pp. 46-47).
He did not just explain how under the care of specified patriotic parents – the father as if absolutely “Polish Pole” and a parent “totally identified with Polishness” – he himself became a national nihilist ( “Between you...”, p. 91). He wrote of himself that he was a national nihilist and allegedly ceased to be 1 after March 1968.
The communist pedigree of Michnik was accompanied by suitable splendours – a large, elegant flat in a densely filled home by trusted comrades from the organization and safety elite of the Friends' Avenue in Warsaw, precisely in the same home where the Stalinist Minister of safety Stanisław Radkiewicz lived (cf. “Wprost”, 22 November 1991). The Communist organization of Poland (KPP) was founded on 16 December 1918 and dissolved by the Communist global (Komintern) on 16 August 1938 as part of a large purge in the erstwhile USSR.
The organization was created as a consequence of a merger of the Polish socialist movement (PPS – Left) and social democracy in the lands of the Polish Russian partition (SDKPiL). In practice, after the merger of both parties in the Communist Workers' organization of Poland (KPRP) as a Komintern section, since March 1919, she has served as a russian agent in the territory of the Second Republic.

ADAM MICHNIK
Adam Michnik, following his father's footsteps, ideologically presents the intentions of the Organizations of Ukrainian Nationalists (CNS ), KPP, and KPZU to deprive the Republic of Poland of its territorial integrity, which is lower in his statements at the 2009 September conference in Polish Stanisławów (now Ivanofrankiwsk – Ukraine).

The writer "To Things" made his text addressed to the Home Minister, but in my opinion he made a mistake, due to the fact that he should mention it to Adam Michnik. Bartłomiej Sienkiewicz is not a spirit of war with alleged hatred speech. The army's staff of "progress" resides at Czerska in Warsaw, and the Home Minister commands only 1 of the field divisions fighting on the front. Sienkiewicz does what Agora requires of him.
It is simply a pity that Gursztyn did not address his text to Michnik, due to the fact that he would do a very good deed in this way, informing him about examples of the usage of hatred speech in relation to Catholics and the Catholic Church in Poland. The fact that it is widespread on the Internet, the editor-in-chief of "Gazeta Wyborcza" does not know! More specifically, he did not know until 13 May that year, erstwhile he learned about it from writer Andrzej Grażewski during the debate "What is not allowed to be said on the Internet" which took place at Agory's headquarters. Of course, Michnik, and his editorial colleagues (greatly amazed by Grajewski's words were all the officers of Agora, as he wrote in GW Wojciech Orliński) are well aware of the text on the Catholic Church, which is published on electoral portals.pl and newspaper.pl. However, anti-Catholic ridicules and insults, calls for burning churches and murdering Catholics do not treat as manifestations of "talk of hatred". This left-wing word refers only to manifestations of alleged racism and anti-Semitism (e.g. shouts "Get out of the commune" or "Together with a sickle, erstwhile with a hammer of red rumble"), alleged homophobia (each critical message about homosexuals) and alleged sexism (each criticism of militant feminists). On the another hand, the Catholic Church, listeners of Radio Maryja, voters of the Law and Justice Party, is allowed to spit in any word. They are simply not protected by the alleged political correctness.
For this reason the Minister of Digitization Michał Boni, the second next to Minister Sienkiewicz, the commander of the government division to fight "the speech of hatred", does not see the request to defend Catholics from the manifestations of hatred on the Internet. "I will not set up a program for the protection of Catholics, but I think that programs are needed to aid fight hatred speech and hatred behavior" - he said during the debate at the Agory headquarters. From this statement, it should be concluded that the PO-PSL government will fight the alleged manifestations of racism (especially anti-Semitism), alleged homophobia and alleged sexism, while Catholics and the Church will inactive be allowed to insult.
Under Boni's aegis, the bill on alleged hatred speech was drafted. Kurski now has a hard nut to crack, presented to him by Michnik, who forgot that he no longer rules at Czerska and ordering a text from the writer "The Sunday Guest", did what he should not do.
Finally, an explanation.
